It's All About You

My counseling methods are holistic and patient-centered, meaning I will work with you to devise and implement a plan based on your needs, abilities, preferences and lifestyle. Research has shown that an individualized approach can be quite effective for improved health and long-term weight management, more so than cookie-cutter and fad diet approaches, both of which are unrealistic and unsustainable. Patient-centered plans are sustainable because they work within the client’s life instead of severely altering his or her life.
